We are a fast-paced Single Family Home Property Management Company in need of a leasing agent to cover our SLC up to Ogden area. We're looking for a good team player anxious to be fulfill a meaningful part of our leasing team. Great communication skills is a must!

Compensation package includes $36k a year plus monthly leasing commissions.

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, as well as a thorough understanding of the rental market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, including responding to inquiries, conducting tours, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective tenants and show them available units.
• Answer tenant inquiries and address tenant complaints.
• Complete daily tasks in task management system.
• Manage schedule to be able to show all units and complete necessary communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
